A global crisis: Only 1 in 5 children with serious mental health problems receives adequate treatment.
How do we increase capacity to support optimal development of the next generations?
Every two years, professionals from around the world gather to share experience and knowledge about child and adolescent mental health. From 2009 to 2016, these conferences will be held in Beijing, Paris and South Africa. In 2016, it is Canada’s turn!
Our current focus is mental health. From now until 2016, we will be working to facilitate global communication, collaborations and relationships to support capacity building in local communities of practice.
We are concerned with how to improve child and adolescent mental health capacity among families and professionals through improving access to a network of education and leadership opportunities.
Join us in 2016 to be part of the discussion and the solution.
